Hi, anyone know if it should be low fat or full fat Greek yogurt if I'm on a low carb diet ??

8oz plain full fat yoghurt 11.4 carbs. 8oz plain low fat yoghurt 17.2. As a rule of thumb. if it's "low fat" sugar is put in to make it taste nicer.

Smartie xx

Brilliant, thank you.new to all this so on a big learning curve, think low carb is the way to go for me to reduce the weight .

Yep,remove the fat and thus the flavour and usually sugar is added to compensate.

I only have plain low fat greek yogurt but I do read labels and compare them and make sure the ones I have are not higher in carbs than the full fat ones you can find some but I would not know about the low fat flavoured ones as I don't have those

I would not worry too much about the fat, if you are low carbing its the fat that you will be using as fuel instead of the carbs
