Hello,
I am a non-diabetic, I have a condition called dysautonomia which means the autonomic nervous system which controls everything we have no control over such as HR, BP, breathing etc isn't working as well as it should be.
Now, yesterday I woke up ate a banana, an hour after had 1 waffle and a little bit of spaghettin then an hour later I felt TERRIBLE, my head was like not here, felt so sick and I checked my glucose it was 3.6mmol/L not seen it that low before, I've had lots of these episodes and usually they go away after a bit or I eat. But yesterday I ate lots when I saw the number and very fast felt VERY good again.
Is 3.6mmol/L classed as HYPO since i'm not diabetic?
I did a morning fasting level and it was 5.7mmol/L, well I did have a bit of juice with sugar in during the night, but I do this every night.
I can only assume my glucose went up then too much insulin maybe.
