Low temp, feel numb

Hi

Hope anyone can help me. I am a 56 year old male, type 2 Diabetic on metformin and dapagliflozin 10mg. I am just getting over a bad cough and chest from last week. I have not been feeling well. My body temperature is 35.5, though every now and then when I do it it goes 35.4 up to 36. My body feels cold and numb. I just tried to have a sleep but had to get up as was still feeling cold and numb it is not extreme. But obviously I am slightly worried. I have also been having headaches and eye aches.

Any help would be appreciated.
