Lower blood sugars at work?

Im really confused when im at work I eat exactly the same times and the same food as I do at home but my levels are lower at work. Does anyone know why this happens im worried im going to hypo at work :(

What do you do at work? It could be because you are more active so therefore need less insulin/more snacks during the week at work! Then at the weekend have a different regime :)

It's not unusual for people to have different insulin ratio's for home and at work Sarah, just try cutting back a bit on your insulin or eat a few more carbs.

Maybe you are more stressed at work, feel pressured - this could all have an effect on your bs levels. Definitely either try incorporating snack times when you usually start to drop or reduce your insulin intake when at work :)
