Lowered HbA1c

In July last year my dad needed to have heart bypass surgery and so I decided I would change my diet completely. I have lost 2 1/2 stone and my HbA1c in December was normal. For the last 2 years it has been abnormal so I am pleased of myself. I will find out the actual number on Friday when I see my GP.
