Lowered HBA1c

Oh well done Tweetypie. That is excellent, and yes, that is in the pre-diabetic range. keep up the good work and it will drop even further next time. I bet your nurse will be pleased.

42 and below in general, I'm aiming for the low/mid 30s. Keep doing whatever you're doing, well done.
 
It's metformin that's helped .... I was taking two slow release tablets a day but I was still have some stomach upset so now it's come down he said to take one and we can see what It is in -3 months time xxx
