lowest reading for years

today after lunch which was salad my reading dropped to 3.8 lowest for 4 years worried me as I felt none of the symptoms of a hypo now back up to 6.1 took the opportunity to eat 3 chocolates which I had been resisting since xmas. Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining

Unless you are on meds with a risk of hypo, a reading of 3.8 is not a problem. Our liver (unless prevented by meds) will sort it out without us having to take action.
