Low BS is comparatively new to me, I used to suffer with high BS but changed my eating habits. Mostly in range but I have libre fitted and alarms go off around 4.00 or under.
My question is if my fasting sugar is low should I just eat breakfast - missing my insulin shot? Obviously I can't take insulin before eating as I normally would do.

Your profile says you're on metformin only, which has obviously changed. It would help if you updated the profile info, replies to this question are completely different for someone on insulin and someone on metformin.

What insulin(s) are you on?
Long acting only, a mixed type insulin, or a long and short acting insulin, injecting before every meal?

I've been on insulin for over 3 years. I take insulin with Novomax twice daily 6 in morning 8 at evening meal.
