I have looked through the site but can find no mention of this product, i have been using lowsalt for ages and have only just noticed that it says unsuitable for diabetics on the side.
Any help or comments would be appreciated.

I don't tell patients to use it as it is quite high in potassium and that can have adverse effects on blood levels - I have actually found that for some who use it has pushed them up - not good if you have some cardio problems.

I think it is better to just try and cut down on salt - look at how much you put in food and gradually cut it down . Also try not to add salt at the table - if you are cooking real food then the salt content will be lower a s the vast majority of salt comes from salt in processed foods. make more use of herbs and spices.
