Argh! I have seen a thread where a clever person said what this is I think it's almond flour plus two other ingredients and have lost the link or thread it was on please can anyone help me ? Thank you
(I want to make some low carb bread and have the recipe from the low carb NZ site )

Much as I would like my OH to not have any bread at all... This seems a reasonable weekend compromise and I thought I would be nice for a a change instead of the Food Police as he and my mother call me lol!

Sorry, no idea, but by posting this comment, you thread will move back up to the top of the list, and hopefully someone will see who can give you an answer.
 
It's a mix of ground linseed (flax seed), sunflower seeds and almond sold as a health food. Unfortunately pre-ground linseed goes rancid very quickly, so it would probably be best to grind your own.
