Lumps and bumps??

Iv discovered a lump on my tummy near where inject and remember when i was diagnosed being warned about lumps and bumps but cant remember why :/ apart from it possibly being a build up of insulin i do chance my injection site each time but was just wondering what these lumps and bumps i should b carefully of look like and what i should do any advice would be gratefully appreciated

Keep a good distance away from this area. Hopefully they will disappear but may take a while.

I had similar on my hips but kept using them and they were terrible definitely stay away from the area!
