Hi Everyone!
I'm type 2 and treated with 500mg Metformin MR (the most my stomach can tolerate) and 10mg Forxiga. Still got high sugars so looking at Byetta. Ive had diabetes for 3 years, I'm 32 years old. I also take Omeprazole, Citalapram, Simvistatin and Losartan for other conditions.
Not posted before and I apologise if this is the wrong area.
A few months ago I found a lump on the bottom of my left foot beneath my big toe. It was difficult to walk because of it so I have had it removed. Im due to have my stitches out friday and get the results back of what the removed lump was. The consultant said it was very unusual and he had not seen a growth that large removed from that area of the foot for a good while. He was at a loss as to what it was. Anyway, this morning I have found another lump on the left foot this time beneath the little toe and a lump beneath the big toe on my right foot that feels bigger than the last one.
Im at a loss and slightly concerned about discussing this on friday and wondered if anyone had had a similar thing? Its been a nightmare being off my feet for 3 weeks and I feel im goig to put my job at risk if I need another 1 or 2 operations. Especially as im having carpal tunnel surgery in November on my left hand then the right hand 2 months after as I have severe carpal tunnel syndrome in both hand.
Another symptom of my foot is that the whole left side of my left foot has gone numb.
Sorry to go on. IF anyone can offer any thoughts or have experience or anything please reply as I feel even more worried now after writing it all down...
