It's normally in the evening, mostly after dinner. Usually 2-4 inches under my chest bone. It's not always in the same exact place and not there all day. It is very strange. Thanks x

Mine would be a little lower than yours but always wondered the same thing? I was always told it was to do with my insulin but I've never been convinced?? They only come and go now as I start injecting in other places. Hopefully you'll get an answer soon but hopefully it's nothing to be worried about! Aimee
