How you you get your employer to assist you in controlling your diabetes. When you work load has no provision for meal times. I work from 8:30 till 6:00. Sometimes a little later. No break and no lunch break. I've asked the reply was they're looking in to it.99% of the time I'm stood up. So I've developed other issues. This is the tip of the iceberg.

First off they are breaking a fundamental law for everyone not just people with diabetes. You are entitled to a 20 minute unpaid break if you work more than 6 hours. Your employers don’t sound like good employers to me so it may be very difficult to get them to comply to anything they SHOULD be doing and anything you may suggest. Do you have a union?

Hi @andy rossie and welcome to the best place! As you are in Lancashire, you might find this interesting:
Without seeing your contract, it is not possible to comment, but I suspect the company is operating illegally.
