Lyxumia 20 mg pen not working

Hi there, I've been on Lyxumia for a few years now without any problem and definitely feel the benefit. However last week whilst halfway through one of the pens, it actually stopped physically working, i.e. it couldn't be pushed down to administer the dose. I then tried to use this 2nd hand in the box but that had the same problem, not working at all. My pharmacy issued me an emergency box today, have tried tonight but both pens are having the same problem. Now I know the most likely thing is that it is a faulty batch but I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem either recently or in the past?
