Macadamia Madness

Oh I know all about vodka ,Graham,used to drink the stuff,but not now.I'll get my hands on some macs one of these days.
 
I'm thinking of rebranding them "Macanuts" ... do you think a certain lady named Heather might be mad at me? lol

Just to add to the confusion roasted, salted macadamias from Morrisons 10.7 carb 3.1 sugar. Trouble is they are about £1.59 100g packet, so you may have to ration them out Jem :wink:

however, given that I've dropped the white tiger bread, the beer, the fags, the choccies (except my "one a day" habit of thorntons treats) and a whole bunch of other expensive rubbish ... I think eke-ing will not be a problem ~ I'm just gonna treat myself

re the higer carb values at various places ~ being as they don't impact my bgs negatively, I choose to assume that either the lower carb value is correct OR the high protein value counteracts the carb-ness of the nut. or endoscarp whetever the hell it is! it's dAAAAAAAAAAAAMN tasty!

as to the languages Sue ... well, I know a little of a few lingos ... like how to say "quicker!" in Sawhili (and beer of course) ... and other such incredibly useful *natch* phrases ... such as "where is the dentist" in german

actually my passport is sadly lacking in stamps, however, thanks to the old tinterweb, I have many friends in Schweeeden and Holland and Norway and blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah so I've picked up a few things here n there ... am off to Stockholm in Novemerb for a couple of nights with some girl friends ... will be wonderful as it is a beautiful city and those friends are FAB!

ooooooooooooh it WILL be - was a bit concerned about diet - last few times I've been over it has basically been fries and beer ... so this time it will be vodka and nuts ... will be packing macanuts and protein shakes to keep my strength up!

I **** well hope so Sue ... I will pack them down in the bottom of my handluggage and take a letter from my doctor!
