Hi all, I've just been reading several separate articles on the web that all claim there is "evidence" that magnesium lowers LDL.
My LDL is far too high and I'm desperately looking for something other than statins to get it down.
Does anyone have anything to add? Personal experience of magnesium perhaps. Thanks then. Q..
