Just been on holiday me and the dog and first night out found myself in Macclesfield hospital. Badly infected big tow.

Had to have it amputated and was in for four weeks. Could have been worse and they had suggested maybe ten week if they needed to used the vacuum drain. Hosptal first class :D

Home now in south wales dog and motor home with friends up north.

Diabetes/neuropathy stinks :(

I have cared for my dad for 9 years who suffered from advance Alzheimers on my own but sadly he died in June this year. First time out and this

John,

Welcome to the forum; sorry to hear about your dad's passing, it would seem that you are having some dreadful luck at the moment. Lets hope things improve from now on and you soon recover from your operation.

Best wishes

Nigel
