Hello ,
I am 29 and suffering from diabetes type 1 for 15 years..
I am having a hard time managing my glucose readings in the mornings...it goes up too high during sleep time
I wake up till 2 or 3 am and eat my dinner late (maybe at 12 or 1 am )
I take my long acting insulin (I've tried both Lantus and Treseba) at about 9-10 pm
And my readings throughout the day are average
Has anyone else been struggling with that "sleep related hyperglycemia " !? I am really fed up with it ! I appreciate anyone's help...thanks
