Managing censor when broad in hot country

Hi. Previous experience of being abroad is the 4 holidays have resulted in censor dying. However currently abroad and despite a “too hot” alert I’ve been able to manage and protect the censor by having a piece of cloth strapped over it and keeping that wet/cool. Anyone bought something similar that is less of a bodge job, but that does the same thing - allows it to be occasionally moistened and covered? Currently saved sensor an additional 8 days and hoping to get home in 3days with it still functioning
