Hi, well done firstly on dropping the weight and the Hb1ac results!!!

By very low calorie what do you mean value wise?

I try to limit my carbs but with a heavy training schedule this can be very difficult to maintain correct levels during and even after training... I seem to have mastered this now with the odd hiccup along the way. BG would naturally be reduced during physical activity anyway which will aid Hb1ac, I'm dropped from 68, to 38 and currently 40 as off my last review a week ago...
