Haha. </p><p></p><p>Today I am determined to fast. I'm already hungry so may not last until tomorrow; if not I will have a LCHF tea. No sandwich today. </p><p>My period is a bit erratic as well so that might be a contributing factor to the stall. </p><p></p><p>How's the arthritis?</p></blockquote><p></p>
