Hello I have been told by consultant at pain clinic that I have Prediabetes neuropathy I am not on medication for this just amitriptyline he tried me on duloxetine but I could not tolerate it I am not on any special diet and I just want to know ways to help myself thank you.

amitriptyline is used to treat neuropathy, so I'm a bit confused by you saying you aren't on any meds for it.
Hope you manage to sort the right dose out for your needs.

sorry I meant no day time medication
