Martial Arts

Hey everyone
I was wondering about doing some martial arts seeing as i have wanted to do so gor ages. I heard Tai Chi helps to control your diabetes but would rather learn something else like Kung Fu.

Also if there is anyone else who does martial arts please could you tell me what you learn.

I used to do karate regulary and acheived my 1st dan black belt but i have lost interest and now climb, but martial arts is a good sport especially if you live in an area where there are lots of competitions, unfortunately there isn't much down here.

...falling is not the problem, it's when you land...
