I'm a well controlled LADA with diet and 2000mg Metformin per day. Today I had a 45 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, a real rarity for me. I ate about 40g carbs 2 hours before the massage, felt fine afterwards and went shopping for an hour. Driving home I felt shocking and tested resulting in a 17!!!! Not had that since early diagnosis, just wondered if anyone has experienced this or maybe just a random reading?!
