Can anyone tell me how many carbs in one chrispbreads I have just bought. There is 60 carbs in 100grams can't work it out  I wish they would say how many in one..... Drives me made!

Hi Maddie, we'd need to know how many grams each crispbread is.

I have some crispbreads and they're 12.5g per slice.

So the maths is: weight of crispbread x 0.6 = carbohydrate in crispbread

If your crispbreads are as heavy as mine you'd get: 12.5 x 0.6 = 7.5 g of carbs per crispbread

Hi, Maddening isn't it......... if there are x number of carbs in 100g, get the total weight of packet, count how many crispbread on pkt and divide! Example if packet is 300g and there were 30g carb per 100g, so 90g carb per whole packet, divide the number of crispbreads say 30 crispbreads per packet, so you have 3g per crispbread and there you have it, just as a matter of interest ryvita crackerbreads have just over 4g per 1 and marks and spencers have short of 5g per 1......... happy counting!!!!!! :D
