maybe diabetes

hi all i can wake morning with fine blood sugar of 6.0 or 7.0-8,1 flucating
i have alot of symptoms i get more and more but they say i am fine
i am on 6,8 mmol on the test they use to see how my blood sugar are over 2-3 month
it all started with stomach pain then dizzy and dizzy after eating and burning alot under left rib and to back
and i am only getting worse and worse i got tingling in feet to and alittle in hands burning feet sometimes legs
very hot in the morning i dont know if its my skin or blood feels like i am boiling
cant concentrate anymore feels like i am missing energy for my brain
sick every morning
if i eat healthy no fat no sugar burning get alittle bit better in feet but all symptoms still there
is there any importent test to do not only the the one blood sugar test
can it be diabetes?

hba1c is 6,8 and
a1c 41 so no diabetes they say
they say if hba1c is 7,0 then i have
but i just have morning where my blood sugar are normal and other days where its higher

its to late i have so many symptoms allways feel sick with burning tingling dizzy spells and alot more but thx for help
