McDonald's

Been in there twice since the D diagnosis. Egg mcmuffin and hash brown with a double expresso was my poison. Went in there recently with daughters and cousin because he refused to eat the picnic. They had run it of sweetner and it incensed me as I didn't eat. Can't face the thought of all that insulin flooding my system so don't bother now.

We now don't go much. If we're out we look for a nandos and I go for the field instead of chips. Witherspoons is another favourite. Carbs on web sites

all good and well if you're sitting in but if it was drive through like mine then it's not included.

Just ask for the nutritional information when you order your food, can't think of any reasons why they would refuse to give you it Alasdair.

Hello to all here, when I have been to McD's, I have chosen the fillet of fish. The bun is small enough to be easily eaten and just a tiny amount of the skinny fries complete my snack meal, with zero sprite to drink something down. Well I just thought I would join in a bit and own up to the very odd McD's as already said we all have different balance levels, ttfn Karen

I had a party at Wimpy when I was about 3... Cried when he came out to wish me happy birthday hahaha
