Me again, but confused

Hi everyone, thanks for all the advice last night, I really appreciated it, however I'm confused again, what is the difference between the hch1(I know it's wrong) mmol & another m??.

I know i may not be making sense as I've had my spinal drugs, sorry.
Anyway I was looking at the testing kit that was talked about last night & I got confused, my blood level was 148 in hospital & I know that it should really be about 5, but what are all the codes for??

Oh I'm a 3rd generation type 2, so I know my chances of not getting it were slim anyway & I'm on 3 metformin a day. So if I got a testing kit would it be showing 148 & then as I work at my diet etc it will go down, or am I being completely stupid.
I shouldn't have been Tinkerbell as my username, I think I should have been Dopey!!
