Sooo I keep having to burp alot and slight stomach cramps and I sometimes the odd pain on my left side by my breast is it acid reflux?

Normally with reflux you would get a burning sensation too, if it's something that bothers you a lot then mention it to your gp.

Possibly, maybe try a cup of peppermint tea ..but as for anything if u are worried see a professional:)

I used to have this problem when I took metformin and Victoza since I haven't been taking metformin I'm not having that problem anymore. But you don't take metformin. So it could be acid reflux what I use is charcoal tablets and that seems to sort it out

It's what they get paid to do Nicola, any pain in the breast should be investigated so go a long to your Dr's and mention it.

Could be a lot of acid in your tummy with resultant referred pain. Have you tried drinking lemon juice in tepid water? I mean "proper" squeezed lemon. Have a glass first thing every morning...it's a fantastic digestive aid and makes the stomach more alkaline.

Where can I get that from I dont even think I have ever heard of that aha! Thank you

Buy a lemon from your local supermarket/grocer, squeeze the juice out of it and add some tepid water from the kettle....

Try this every day for a week, you should notice the difference

Okay then I will give that okay! how much water and lemon juice should i use roughly?

Up to you really.

You can start with half a lemon and a splash of tepid water on an empty stomach (i.e. before breakfast)

I don't do things by halves....I use a whole lemon and top the glass with water until its half full.

If there is a lack of lemons, use apple cider vinegar instead. Its quite nice actually.

I find ACV to be too sour to my taste. Despite their acidic taste, lemons are actually alkaline in the digestive system and therefore more gentle on the stomach.

But this is just my personal outtake....
