Then dinners I've been doing </p><p>Egg noodles and chicken . </p><p>Chicken breast with mixed herbs and mixed chillis , with new potatoes and veg . </p><p>Pasta and tuna or a sauce . </p><p>Or will have my mums chicken and rice she makes haha , </p><p>I've also changed my rice to whole grain and same with my pasta . As it's slow realease . I'm not on low carbs or anything so probs not the best person to ask haha . What do you eat at each meal ?</p><p>I'm seeing the dietician friday .
