In April 2022 my yearly blood tests came back all clear, apart from being shown as pre diabetic. It came as no surprise (I was a Mars a day helps you work rest and play man 
) because there is a long history of diabetes in my family tree, three of whom are still alive and 'kickin.' They include my brother 78, my brother's son 52 and his son 11 (All type 2) My brother has been type two 'pro' for well over thirty years and of course has been a great help. However, as April approaches, I am getting somewhat jittery. But hey ho; one of my favourite sayings (And I have many) is s***t happens and I get on with it
