Meal Management App for the entire family?

I'm looking for apps or websites that would help with meal planning for the whole family, not just myself. Something that's aware of the dietary needs of every household member and helps come up with recipes, shopping list, and planning. Any good recommendation?
 
Apart from your prediabetes, what other dietary needs do you need to accommodate.
And are they needs, or wants?
