Gave my self a treat tonight.
Had a lamb steak, cauliflower and new potatoes boiled then sautéed in the lamb juices.
I'll advise BG when I do my next check just before I go to bed.
By the way - it was smashing, absolutely gorgeous.
22:40. just tested and result is 9.0. I am very pleased; 1. The result is in single figures which for me just great and 2. Thirty hours after a cortisone (steroid) injection it is not in orbit. Result !!!
