I make a stew and use casserole steak (fresh not tinned), I chuck butter beans in it, broccoli, okra and one piece of chopped celery, dried onion powder, black farmer sausages go in and basically anything veg wise. and just let it simmer down. At a push I will add a Bovril cube and a small spoon of bistro best. As for curry's, I add cream to Asada's chicken tika masala and have cauliflower rice with it or sometimes add egg to the cauliflower rice.
Spaghetti bolognaise I use courgette spiralized to replace the spaghetti. Don't tend to use tomatoes or puree as it spikes my levels but all the other ingredients are used apart from onion, I only use onion powder. Tastes the same
