If it's available in Russia, try getting hold of a book named Carbs and Cals. It basically consists of pictures of various amounts of different foods on a plate and gives the Carb / Cal values (in grams, where appropriate.).
Alternatively you can get a pretty good idea by asking the mighty Google.
