Not overly impressed with all the info from medichecks on the causes and appropriate diet to manage it. Sent as a link in a email. Avoid fat, whole grains Blah blah blah. Specifically mentions Mediterranean, dash, vegan and Nordic (?) as successful with no mention of low carb or keto.

I’m not a Medicheks user, but I find something v similar with Thriva.

every few months they send out a ‘newsletter’ (broadsheet style) extolling the virtues of a low fat wholegrain balanced diet. The last one had two articles (by a doctor) promoting a specific way of eating that I feel was very misrepresented. The information, the wasted paper, and the wasted postage, all irritate me.

I did. As I have to several other health emails including Holland and Barrett and the .org people. Makes me feel better anyway and as you say maybe someone somewhere listens. Maybe we even get new members or people finding help for themselves for their own conditions after reading such letters.

It's the same standard advice where ever you look. No wonder no one gets any better.
