All the 640g settings were applied to the Tslim and life ticked on as before. I do like the smaller size and more friendly user interface. I don't like the regular charging but overall I'm very happy with it. However I'm 24hrs into my first Dexcom (self funded:-() which means for the first time ever I've closed the loop. The dream!
