Depends on whether you want to use SmartGuard. I've written about it
here and
here.
If you sign up to a "deal" you'll pay £210 per month for the sensors. Most of us get between 7 and 12 days out of a sensor, although they are supposed to last for 6. The "deal" lasts 9 months and essentially I use 3.5 sensors a month, so for me, I'm paying £1890 for 45 sensors that will last me pretty much 13 months. Otherwise you pay £275 per one off purchase which purchases 5 sensors. You can use those sensors when you want. There's also the small matter of £550 for the transmitter, charger and inserter that you need to pay as a one off.
That's obviously a little more expensive than the Libre, as it costs me £145 a month rather than £100 (plus the original fixed cost).
The benefit of the extra £45 a month is SmartGuard, which makes the overnight hypos unbelievably rare and also seems to work really well at eliminating exercise related hypos. I also found that it allowed me to use super-bolusing as par for the course when eating at short notice (at Glastonbury). My DSN was thoroughly amazed at the numbers.
Some people don't get on with the Enlite sensors, but I've found them to be more accurate that the Libre, and about the same as the Dexcom.
You can also upload (with the right phone) all your data real time to Nightscout now, so that flexibility is also there.
It's really up to you what approach you choose to take, but it really does depend on whether you want to use SmartGuard. Most of the people I know that have tried it, love it. You should see if you can get your DSN to get you some enlites to trial though, to make sure you know whether you get on with them.
