Medtronic/UPS Deliveries

Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing difficulties when ordering Medtronic pump sundries?

Until May 2022 Medtronic used to display UPS tracking details when shipping was confirmed using their eshop. This information could then be applied to the UPS app for delivery updates.

Now all I see is a likely delivery time within 3 days.

Today I called them and they confirmed UPS should be delivering to me today (it wasn’t!). When I ask if they could reintroduce the tracking details the usual unhelpful response is that I should speak to UPS.

Fortunately, I do keep backups in case of unforeseen delays, but this is frustrating with time wasted on phone calls and unnecessary stays at home all day.
 
Wow! I do not have Medtronic pump. My supplies are delivered the following working day so no need for tracking details. This was the case for my current and previous pump.
I do not want this to be a competition so will not be sharing my pump details here (although I am not hiding them as I have mentioned it previously).
 
For a while now they haven’t given me shipping details for my orders when previously I would get a notification from UPS that they were delivering on a specific day and I’d be able to track it to see the estimated time. I’m lucky as I get mine sent to my work address so I don’t have to make sure I’m there for the delivery but if it was going to my home address I’d be more frustrated as UPS at least here never try to deliver the next day they just take it to the local store.

So it’s not just my deliveries.

Medtronic clearly do have the tracking details, but for some reason they’re no longer shared unless you ask for them.
