Hello, has anyone else had issues with the medtrum nano patch pump? I moved on to it last summer but have since been having loads of issues with "patch errors". I rarely get the point I change it because it's ran out. 95% of the time it fails and needs changed. This problem keeps happening even when I'm setting up a new patch. I've really lost faith in it and I'm planning to move back to my old medtrum patches (a7 model I think) they never let me down. Anyone has issues?

I know this thread is a few months old but I'm so fed up with my Medtrum Nano that my clinic is allowing me to switch to Omnipod. I'm so sick of the constant skin irritation and pump alerts. I've used this pump since January 2022 when I was under a different clinic, and my new clinic doesn't use Medtrum because of all these issues.
Last month, Medtrum issued a new variation of the Nano pump that was supposed to reduce low battery pump errors (which requires you to change the pump and put a new one on). I'd only had a few of these alerts in the past but ever since the switch, I've had loads of battery errors, the very thing this updated version was supposed to stop.
I really hope Omnipod is better than this
