I was diagnosed in Jan with complex results not sure if I was T1 or T2 due to my high A1C ready (109) yet slim build and youth (38).
Dr confirmed I was T2 about a month after initial tests but my dietician, whom I saw a week or so after Dr's confirmation was sceptical and recommended I see specialist for second opinion.
That was 2 months ago and judging by falls in my A1C since then, the Dr was definitely correct.
So that basis for seeing the specialist has been somewhat removed but obviously I should take advantage of getting the chance to meet with a leader in his field to ask questions/chat through my diagnosis.
Just wondering what sort of things I should be asking him? Any ideas.
