Nope. I generally keep my Bvits topped up daily but may slipi. Off to read your links. The first gives the basic sdvice that has never worked for me. Docs not interested either.
On the second, I've tried all those interventions and was eating loads of healthy, nutritious foods (much more than usual) and it was specifically salt that made a difference. Go figure I can't explain it but it may be something to do wit underlying hydration and a low-carb diet.
