hi I use a SD codefree meter I have used it for 9 months now ,I have been sent the new one touch verio meter and have started using it but the readings are high it is a lovely meter but I do not know which meter to use ,breakfast time my codefree reading was 6.4 on one touch it was7.7 after breakfast codefree was 8.0 one touch 10.0 and at tea time codefree was 6.0 one touch 8.5 I am confused is anyone else having the same trouble

The glucose meters are only accurate to plus/minus 15% you can use two strips on the same meter and not get the same result, so it's unlikely that meters from different manufacturers would give you the same numbers. The only way to get a truly accurate reading is to send a sample off to a laboratory. So just pick a meter and use that one for your tests, the other one can be a spare.
