Metformin and IF

Hello,

I am T2, pxd Metformin 500mg x 1 daily. I am also doing IF 8:16 most of the week but often don’t eat my first meal until 12ish - is it ok to take my metformin then?

You can take Metformin whenever you wish so long as the daily dosing fits into your schedule and doesn’t result in intolerable side effects.
