metformin and leg swelling

Can metformin cause leg swelling my blood sugar is 7.5 but i have heard that the tablets have severe side effects
i take 4 x 500mg per day

I can't see the metformin causing your swollen legs.
The side effects concern tummy troubles.
I suggest you have a word with your GP about your legs.

i have spoken to the doctor and he can not find the answer I am taking radio therapy for prostate and was wondering if the 2 treatments clash
