I'm on the slow release as couldn't get to sleep on the normal stuff.
Sleep is dire enough anyway without any help from that.
After years of no problem/Everything is perfect Yaddah Yaddah Yadd"I'm sure many know the speall!"
Changed GP's as the old ones Sounds likes ducks with ducks far more useful didn't want to know/do anything So got out of there before i lost it totally!.
New ones took picture of my arm saw Dermatologist So now have Scleroderma to add to mix!.
Just waiting!!! to confirm is it's localised or systemic which pretty sure is as the lung part of it i ticked every box inc bluing of lips.
