It only gets better when I use my hot water bottles and the weather is cold

I get joint pains too, @julieclarke. Arthritis in every joint.
I find heat helps, and trying to keep moving. Even though it hurts. The warm swimming pool exercises help, too, but sometimes it is easier to stay at home resting.
