The leaflet said: Stop taking Metformin Mylan and contact a doctor or the nearest hospital immediately if youexperience some of the symptoms of lactic acidosis, as this condition may lead to coma.Symptoms of lactic acidosis include:- vomiting- stomach ache (abdominal pain)- muscle cramps- a general feeling of not being well with severe tiredness- difficulty in breathing- reduced body temperature and heartbeatIf that sounds familiar, metformin might not be safe for you. There's other ways to deal with insulin resistance (other medications, or a diet change; the latter worked for me and many others here), that might agree with you more.Hang in there eh.
