I tend to have a baked potato alongside a meat dish around 4 times per week. I will have pasta or rice once per week and then either oats or wholemeal toast daily for breakfast. So not actually that much starchy carbs but maybe I need to rethink again. I’ll try cutting out all kinds of sugar/carbs but I’m worried it won’t be sustainable long term.
